Through Scholarship America employees, and the
dependent children of employees, will have the
opportunity to apply for scholarship funds to assist
in attending an accredited two-year or four-year
college or university of their choice to pursue their
educational and career goals. All regular, full-time
MasTec employees (excluding Highly Compensated
Executives) and their dependent children, up to age
26, are eligible. Employees must be actively employed
with the company for at least one full year and have
no disciplinary issues on record during the past year.
Education and career development are MasTec
priorities, and our Scholarship Program gives our
company the opportunity to help our employees and
their dependent children pursue their educational
aspirations.
MasTec’s scholarship program accepts applications from
employees, and employees’ children, annually between
